Makes 2 cocktails; Takes 10 min
Ingredients for Coconut Coffee White Russian
- 2 large ice cubes
- 4 oz vodka, divided
- 3 oz coffee liquor, divided
- 6 oz brewed coffee
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- Toasted coconut flakes and nutmeg to garnish

Method
Brew your coffee and pour 6 oz in a mug. Dissolve sugar and coconut extract in this.
In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, mix together coconut cream and heavy whipping cream.
Put a large ice cube in each glass. Per cocktail, pour over 2 oz vodka, 1.5 oz kahlua and 3 oz coffee.
Next pour half of the coconut cream, heavy whip mixture into each glass. Top with nutmeg and coconut flakes.
